• As a parent volunteer or coach, one of the best ways to get involved is by shadowing experienced coaches at their designated skill stations. No prior preparation is necessary—simply ask where you can assist. A key tip is to ensure that players are always engaged and moving. If there are more than 10 players at a station, it can lead to downtime for those at the back of the line, which ultimately wastes valuable practice time. Smaller groups are more effective, and the more volunteer coaches available to help manage skill stations, the better.

After each skill session, which typically lasts 20-30 minutes, players are given a brief 5-minute water break. We keep water breaks as short as possible to maintain momentum while setting up for the next activity.

Game volunteers play a crucial role in the success of the TriCity Warriors. We require all parents to contribute 12 volunteer hours throughout the season to help support the team’s operations. This is essential for ensuring the smooth running of our program. Please sign up for your volunteer hours as soon as possible.
